Exercise can suck but it is just too good for you to ignore. I found that the best system I could come up with to stay disciplined was to write down what I wanted to do each day of the upcoming week in a notes app page. The only problem was that I'd often forget to do that for the next week... so I decided to app-ify the whole process and built Steddy. Hope this can help some other people stay consistent as it has for me :D
